Can I request samples before mass production?
Yes. Standard samples can be supplied for evaluation, with shipping paid by the buyer. Customized samples may require a sample fee, which may be credited after bulk order confirmation depending on the project.
How long does an OEM order take?
Typical production lead time is approximately 15-30 days. New molds, customized samples, artwork approval and complex packing may require additional time.
